The chances are if you have been in town on a day like this you have enjoyed some festival event, or maybe you are a local and have tried to get from A to B, either way the amount of people that Edinburgh would normally have in and around the likes of the Royal Mile is remarkable. However, with no festival this year, the current social distancing guidelines and a lot of places still closed Edinburgh is very different this August. It is still breathtakingly stunning, and we made the most of the quiet streets to take Sam and her two lovely kids for a walk, captured some memories of them together and enjoyed the sunshine and a blether.
I feel so lucky that I get so many amazing clients. Sam picked out amazing outfits that coordinate together but weren't too 'matchy' and I had a great time wandering the streets of Edinburgh with them. Here are a few more of my favourites.
